I dare you to top this ridiculous hunk of meat the butcher sent home to my mother...It looks like a worm. Needless to say, she has decided not to cook it. Would you?

ReplyDeleteI have to tell you that when I first received this slab of pork, i was very excited about trying out a new recipe that truly is sensational. However, when confronted with the actual size of said slab, it was a task too daunting to follow through with. It will take a stronger cook than me - sorry!
